Customer Problem: They had to carry large quantities of cash to pay remaining trip balances and charges incurred on the trip

Whether an outfitter creates a new trip from their dashboard or a customer books a trip online, a case detail is created to manage all data related to the trip. The case detail features Live Invoicing functionality. The invoice can be updated at any time by the client as new charges or service requests emerge. |
The Client can easily add expenses incurred from a list of previously built items, or they can create a custom charge. Ideally, the Client would be able to accept a credit card through third party payment processing hardware (i.e. Square), but for the MVP, the customer receives an email to complete the transaction through a secure online processor. |
